results of my Go Hard or Go Home April 2012 Fitness Challenge

Here are the results of my "Go Hard or Go Home" April 2012  Fitness Challenge...
Update:
Squats: 1982/1000
Crunches: 2196/2000
33/40
Push-ups: 227
Biceps: 724
Mountain climbers: 314
Cardio classes: Kettle bell class, cardio kick, bootcamp
I exceeded everything from my challenge but the running... I came close but I am still upset that I did not get those 40 miles like I wanted. However I am excited because everything else I exceeded. So I am so excited. Also in the month of April, I tried out being a vegan for a week, and I really liked it. I do not beleive that being a vegan is something that I will do for life but I am def going to start incorporating meatless Mondays and Wednesdays in my life!
More Great News
Yesterday I got measure and I did the comparison from 9/15/2011 to 4/30/2012...I have lost a total of 18.25 inches off my total body. I have lost 5% body fat & my BMI has gone down 2.1%. I am also down 20 pounds!!!! Go me! I am excited about my results however I am still not where I want to be. So I still got to keep working. I am almost at the finish line.
Next Challenge:
Which lead me to my new challenge for the month of MAY... It’s all about that cardio in May. So May’s  Challenge is: May Don’t Play!!!! My next post will go over what it is!!!
