April fitness challenge update 4/5/12

1st workout of the day was bootcamp which consisted of lifting and lots nd lots of squats... I lost count at 215....The 2nd workout consisted of me running 1 mile in my neighborhood... 124 lunges, 10 sets of 5x5... 60 push-ups,30 sit-ups, 100 side crunches, and 100 bicycles.... Woooo good workout!

Push-ups: 110
Squats: 695 of 1,000
Crunches: 741 of 2,000
5.14 of 40 miles
