Bad storm in Norfolk. All the electricity went out in the shelter. Its raining really bad! I couldn't even see outside. Looks like Ill be stuck at work until the storm dies down. The lords favor is with me because I could have been easily stuck in the store. I am in training to be a financial mentor and every week I drive about 20 minutes to go another city for training. However, I was working on my report and I was running l8. Just think I could have been in that store alone and scared. Parts of the basement was flooding in the shelter. One of my coworkers told me that her daughter stated that it was hailing in some parts of the city. Craziness.
Update: The storm eventually died down and everything went back to normal. Unformatually the shelter was out of power until midnight. I drove home, and was happy that everything in my aprtment was in tact!!! Whew, the Lord is good!!! Praising and thanking the Lord for protecting me once again!!!
