April Fitness Challenge Update

Started my April Fit Challenge with a bang!!!!! I think I went too hard today...worked out twice today. I did my 5am workout. I am going into my 3rd week of the BBL... Went to church & promoted my job next big event.... And I just finished my second workout.... I ran 1.64 miles.... I did 20 biceps curls, 70 squats using a 12 lb kettlebell ball... 40 side crunches with a 12 lb medicine ball. 25 bicycles crunches and 75 regular crunches...my stomach, thighs, & legs hurts...lol... I ended the workout with 15 mins in the steam room... I also did the BBL Slim in 6 days food plan. They promise that you will lose 6 pounds and 6 inches in 6 days... I didn't lose that. I am however down a total of 8 pounds and 3 inches. Not bad for working out twice a day for the past 3 weeks.  I am still doing my two a days... After I finish my BBL and bootcamp with King I am going to pull my insanity DVD out the grave and start working on that. I am interested to see what I look like at the end of April or even 6 weeks from now!
