The Fitness theme for the month of May is CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO.. I realize that I may have went too hard with everyone for the month of April because a lot of people went home. lol. Although I had 3 women who did complete the challenge with me. So kudos to them!!! So I decided to lighten it up for the month of May. Here is the May challenge. Its not as hard as April but I beleive its achieveable for everyone! If you guys can exceed this then even better! Let the challenge begin!!!!
40 miles
1000 mountain climbers (Some call it a spiderman push-up),
200 burpes
100 Spidermans (Also known as an lower back extension or full swan)
