Completed bootcamp today... Currently down 8 pounds and 3 inches when I got measured last week...my bootcamp trainer told me that I only need to lose 8 more pounds... I am being bumped up to his AAA class. Yay... Today I did 90 squats and 50 pushups...I did some lifting today as well & exercises.that worked my thighs and arms in the bootcamp class. I also ran 2.5 miles.
Current total:
Push-ups: 50
Squats: 150 of 1,000
Crunches: 190 of 2,000
Running: 4:14 miles of 40 miles
BBL: Week 3 out of the 8 week program
(Push-ups arent apart of the challenge buttttt my push ups suck so I am going to try to at least get to 250 by the end of month.In order to perfect it.. I may incorporate push ups in next months challenge. But doing these this month will help me out for next month.)
