I have been updating Facebook, but not my blog.. The workout is going well. I have been seeing everything through in regards to my work out. I work out 6 days a week twice a day. I have been running in the morning, which allows me to get to work on time in fact early. lol. I have continue to eat healthier. I eat 6 times a day and I am average about 9-10 bottles of water a day. I have been taking a multiviatmin everyday.I ahve also been working out in the mornings with my roommates. Its always good to have someone to workout with to kindof motivate you. I start the BBL on Monday with my roommate and we are super excited.
Also this month I have embarked on a new challenge. For the month of March I am doing the 3,000 squat challenge. which basically is to do 3,000 squats by the end of March. I started kindof late. I started on March 5th. I started doing regular squats, and then just for giggles I decided to to add kettlebell to it. So I typically do them in the morning and before I go to bed.. I also go to kettlebell class, but I lose count after 200 in those classes so I am sure I have surpassed the number I wrote on here. But I just want to to shape and tone my legs, hips, and thighs and I think it would be fun. Do you wanna join in on the fun? lol.. I am currently at 1680 squats.. I hope to achieve 2,000 by Sunday. Which me luck!
