So I have lost weight and everything, but I want to lose some more. A while ago I talked to you guys about wanting to lose inches in my hips and thighs... So for my birthday I got this:
Brazil Butt Lift... It is a 60 day workout DVD. However, I am giving myself 90 days... I am going to try really hard to workout twice a day/7 days a week. Since I wake up early in the morning I can do the Brazilian butt lift in the AM, go to work, then after I get off workout at the gym, then socialize like I always do.S By working out at the gym, I mean run 1-4 miles a day, lift 3-4 times a week. I would also like to incorporated more cardio classes. I have 18 cardio classes that I need to use up by June 1, 2012. These DVDs comes with a cookbook as well. So I am excited to try some new recipes. I think I am going to also incorporate my ab diet workout in these exercises as well. You guys may think that this is workout overkill but I feel like 90 days will be a good. The DVD will be coming in the mail March 7-9... I am hoping it comes in the mail on March 8... That way I can do a 90 day picture on June 8, 2012.
My personal goal is to run 4-5 miles in 45 minutes by the end of June, lose inches in my waist, hips, and thighs, continue to eat healthier, tone my whole body, and live a healthier and active lifestyle. I think if I do all of these I should reach my goal and it would be just in time for the beginning of summer! I am not a bathing suit person at all, even when I was a smaller, so that won't change. But at least I will look good in my jeans. Who knows, if I reach my goal I might be able to run two 5k marathons. One at the end of June and another one in July. My personal goal would be to run one in July. That can be my plunge right before I start Graduate school this fall.
