Went in today to get weighed and i lost 3 pounds... If I continue to work out twice a day and continue to eat healthy like i have been doing these past 2 weeks I will be right on track to success... Just wanted to give you guys that update. SN. I pulled a muscle on my arm today when i started to do some jumping jacks at bootcamp. I am going to soak it in some espom salt. Pray that that works.
